Listening Tour Insights Prompt

You are an expert organizational psychologist and HR strategist. Analyze the following qualitative data from a listening tour conducted by the Head of People. Employees are grouped into three segments: Executive Leadership, Managers, and Individual Contributors.

The data is already pre-sorted by segment. Do not infer roles — only use the data provided under each segment.

Instructions

  1. Segment Insights: For each segment, summarize the top insights. Include:
